We will try our best to accomodate any situation.
Here at Timeless Letter we will exhaust all resources possible in order to ensure your letter is received by it’s recipient. Some things you can do to help us ensure we are able to get it to the right location are below.
1. When sending the letter, check the box to send a text reminder before shipment. With this box checked you will not need to worry about updating recipients addresses, we will update them according to your text response before we ship.
2. In the notes section of checkout, leave us a few references we can reach out to in case we aren’t able to reach you for updates. Family members, close friends, etc.
3. If neither of the above are options that are completed on checkout. We will exhaust all of our resources in order to locate the recipient to ensure the letter arrives to it’s proper destination.
If audio is recorded in your order, we will place the recording on a USB thumb drive and it will be shipped in the same envelope as the letter. Ensuring it’s easy to pass on for generations to come.

- Want to change something before the letter is sent out? No problem! Just Login and edit your letter or shipping date at any time up to two weeks before shipping date
